Tips from a Recruitement Expert on CV Writing

Following the publication of the last article, a Recruitment Expert shared their comment and tips on CV writing:

“Your article advice on CV writing is great. When writing a CV, always remember the essential: your target. To boost your chances of being noticed, the Recruiter should be able to identify with your CV straightaway: use at least 4 or 5 key words from the job advertisement.

A CV should be clear and concise. If a second language is required: send also a version in this language, without tying, spelling or grammatical errors”.

The comment and tips were sent in French. The following is the original text:

« Parfait pour les conseils sur le CV ! Essentiel : la cible : que le recruteur puisse identifier en un seul coup d’œil les 4 ou 5 mots clés utilisés dans l’annonce afin que la candidature soit retenue dans un premier temps.

Importance : clarté et concision : Si une seconde langue est requise, envoyer le CV dans cette langue ; aucune faute de frappe, d’orthographe ou de grammaire.

Astuces : Vous les avez écrites ».
