10 factors to consider in a job search/ interview process


The following are 10 points which I published on LinkedIn from a business perspective, but which are also highly relevant from a candidate perspective, while looking for or interviewing for a new job (other than of course elements such as the salary offered and the possibility of career advancement).

resilience, adaptability, hybrid workplace models, technology advancement, training employees on digital and soft skills, creating an inclusive workplace, agile change management, increasing customer satisfaction, ensuring data security/compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
