My 2024 advice for job seekers over 50

Please forget and stop listening to all those inspirational coaches who are making money out of your situation. I have seen lots of advice lately like showing you are experienced in problem solving. LOL! I would think that this is a bit necessary in today’s changing world.

A job search entails affronting the same situation as a young graduate. However, if you are over 50, you have experience and you should be able to wing your interview without too much preparation. After all, you have the experience.

Remain true to yourself, don’t complain, and show up energetic.
