Business English in an international setting

Working internationally with different cultures and speaking English, is the opportunity to meet remarkable people and learn from them. It brings people from all four corners of the globe to the same table, communicating through a shared language. It encourages us to get to know one another, set aside habits and biases, and work towards openness and solutions that suit everyone which, as we know, is not always straightforward.

When you do business or negotiate in a language that isn’t your first, you naturally become more mindful of what you say and how it may be interpreted. It takes you beyond your comfort zone and encourages greater openness. It’s a valuable learning experience that fosters understanding, cultural awareness, new opportunities and friendship.
